- Excellent thermal insulation properties
The bubble structure created by urethane resin provides excellent thermal insulation performance. The non-fluorocarbon type traps air within the bubbles, ensuring a consistent thermal insulation performance over time. - Seamless insulation layer
With conventional insulation methods, seams are unavoidable, allowing heat and water vapor to enter the building. This can lead to condensation and heat loss. By using the spray method, an insulation layer without seams is created. - Excellent water and moisture resistance
The foam is made up of independent air bubbles, so it absorbs very little water and allows minimal moisture penetration.
In-situ foamed rigid urethane foam is applied onto the four walls and the ceiling. The use of spray and injection methods allows for the creation of a gap-free insulation layer. This superior thermal insulation performance provides excellent heat insulation and prevents dew condensation.
The in-situ foamed rigid urethane foam is applied by spraying the undiluted solution onto the target surfaces with a specialized foaming machine and spray gun.
As soon as the foam is sprayed onto the target, it adheres firmly to the target surfaces and immediately expands and hardens.
The thickness of the foam can be easily adjusted by applying it in layers.
Additionally, the non-fluorocarbon foam is eco-friendly, as it does not contribute to ozone depletion or global warming.
Functions and Equipment

Windproof, waterproof, moisture-permeable sheets
Moisture-permeable waterproof sheets combine waterproofing properties to prevent rainwater from infiltrating the building and moisture permeability to allow moisture within the walls to escape outside. These sheets are installed between the exterior wall material and insulation material throughout the house.
By preventing outside air from entering the building, these moisture-permeable waterproof sheets help maintain the insulation performance of the insulation material.

Urethane foam insulation is filled inside the door body, while an airtight material is utilized for the frame. The exceptional heat-insulating properties block outdoor air at the entrance, reducing the exchange of cold or warm air.
These doors are useful for controlling the container’s internal temperature and protecting temperature-sensitive products from deterioration.

LED Rotary Light
When the door is opened, the rotary light turns on to indicate that the door is opened with light and sound. Additional security is provided with an e-mail function to notify when the door is opened.
